Audit log of SAP Ariba

Hello, I see a lot of Ariba operations that are getting captured in the Audit log. For example: A User is removed/Added. but there is no value in Real user or Effective user columns. Could someone tell me why this is happening? Anyone facing similar issues?

Hello Agilan,

Could you please provide additional details on your question? Are you referring to 'change log' that is displayed within Ariba applications when user is removed / added and that change log doesn't have all the details? Screenshot helps much better.
