I had installed SAP CCO on one POS 2 years ago but the machine was attacked by a virus and so I had to get a new machine. I installed CCO on that machine and transactions were going to SAP B1 without any problem but to CCO manager not all receipts are getting posted
Hi nvdola, the user which you use to connect to ccom, is it marked as "technical user" in the user details? Also does the user have the role administrator? If these 2 points are not set, the connection to ccom works just fine, but the synchronization does not work as intended.

Hello Blessing,
Is the connection between CCO and CCO manager working fine? Configuration > Integration > SAP CUSTOMER CHECKOUT MANAGER and click on Test connection
Is there any information in the log files? See KBA 2543967 and KBA 2655550
What is the version of SAP Customer Checkout?
