Failed to load database information

Hi I am trying to print a document with sap crystal report version for vs 2019
but when run the print, this error is displayed:

Failed to load database information.
Error in File CrystalReport1 {21056_13156_{5AFFD17C-001D-4E55-A564-05DD95A5723F}.rpt:

Failed to load database information.

Please help me to solve this problem.

Hi. We has the same problem in my work office. We uninstall crystal report and then install it with "Run as administrator", resolved.

After uninstall confirm that this folder is not exist:

C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects

If exist, Delete manually.
