Hello All,

I am creating a cross tab report on Sap Business Objects Crystal reports 2013 and a formula that I created is not calculating correctly on records with more than one sequence.

I have employee names as records

I have pay weeks as columns.

Inside the cross-tab I have the following:

Eligible wage

Hours

Total dues calculated

Dues Cap

Excess dues withheld

Specifically, the dues cap does not calculate correctly on records with more than one sequence. This would be for an employee that was paid with more than one sequence under one pay week.

round(if {PRSQ.Hours}>0 then .6461*{@Hours Divided}else .145*{PRDT.EligibleAmt},2)

@Hours Divided is the below formula

round(if {PRSQ.Hours}=0 then 0 else {PRDT.EligibleAmt}/{PRSQ.Hours},2)

Any information would be helpful.

Thanks

Joe
