1. Model Company builds, beside other tools and services, also on Best Practices, but is not free, and the (to be) implemented Best Practices are set by the defined Model Company (Chosen Industry and Business Functions).
2. Best Practices can always be applied without Model Company, and those are free. But you have to know which ones to implement that will suit your scenario.

Hi Mahmoud,

Enterprise management layer is included in the subscription of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, extended edition. Meaning, no additional licenses are needed. You can get more detail in the SAP Note: 2921887 - Enterprise management layer for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, extended edition.

If you only refer to SAP S/4HANA AnyPremise, Model Company has an additional fee.

The Model Company is not Free. You can go to SAP Store and check it starts from USD 4640 as on Today. Thank you
