SOX and substitutions

Hi together,

anyone knows if there is any solution or any update in SAP in below SOX case?

Manager delegates in someone from own Team during leave period and the delagate person has less approval rights but spite of all SAP allows that the delegate approves information related to the Manager because the created delegation in this leave period. Is anyhow to allow only delegations to employee/positions with same rights or higher as oneself but not with less rights although delegation?. That S´system shows a message when someone is trying to create such Scenario, Scenario can be avois not creating such delgations, but important for busienss is that System also does not allow it.
