analysis application error in lumira dashboard report

I intermittently face attached error in our BO 4.2 SP6 system Where lumira 2.3 sp2 is installed. the issue mostly occurs When we grant authorization to a group for a folder. When we restart the system, the issue disappears temporarily. But it reoccurs after some time. Any idea about why it may occur? The errors in lumira logs is as attached to the message
