I got an interesting Problem on my Support table:

the Track changes: Auto-update Feature is not working at one PC.
If the webi-user is doing it on another PC it works.
We tested the Internetexplorer - other Browsers - html and Java Applet, still only at this pc Track changes: Auto-update is not working. Cache was cleared...
Also OS is quite the Standard.
Any ideas what could cause this?

Also another user fails to get the featured VIEW of track changes - only thing not tested yet is to change OS - so that would mean rather to change hardware - maybe get another ...

Have you tried another Webi user and another operating system user on this PC?
