ChaRM reporting / "change document wrong data"

Hi SCNer,

This is regarding ChaRM Analytics tile in SM_WORKCENTER .we have enabled charm analytics in Solman 7.2 SP08 for reporting.

What I have observed that under Change documents tiles for created and closed data and underline tile showing exchanged.

so If I go to created tile : it is showing closed tile & data

and under closed tile ; showing created tile data.

If anyone experience this before could you explain what is possible cause for this.
