Is this Possible As CrossTab?

I need to place values (not aggregates) at the intersection of Room>Table>Gender and Chicken|Fish|Vegan.

I then want to total the columns (Chicken|Fish|Vegan) in two ways a total and a total when the person is a first timer.

I'll carry an indicator for first timer and a calculated field to indicate the name or #name.

Essentially, I am asking if I can use the CrossTab Expert to do this or do I need to produce a result set that is set up like this and then add my own group totals? If I do the later, the issue will be that the number of columns can vary (e.g. Prime Rib can be added)
