In Data dictionary pre defined table are not active ??

hi i m venu i m abap technical learner i taken server access from cal.sap..in that i m using SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP 7.51 SP02 on ASE this version in that activate licence with mini sap.

Problem:- In data dictionary pre defined table are not active i seen se11,se12,14,16.17,,30 and 55...message like MARA table is NOT Exist ...i m using HANA data base or SQl i mnot sure about that please help me how to active that tables i m adding some screen shots
