Is it required BW/BI system for activation of "Cost Centers - Plan/Actual YTD"

Hi All,

I have to activate "Cost Centers - Plan/Actual YTD" standard Fiori apps.

My system info:

SAP Gateway server- S/4 HANA

SAP Backend server : 1709 (S/4 HANA) App Id: F0928A

I have some query.

Question 1. Is it required BW/BI system( Need to be integration S/4 HANA system with BW/BI) for above apps implementation.

Please help me anyone on this.
