Contacts duplication from SAP C4C to SAP Marketing cloud

Hi community,

I just imported a certain number of costumer to SAP C4C using the CSV template, and now i'm blocked on the duplication of these contact from SAP C4C to SAP marketing cloud,

This should not happen. Where did you get the CSV file, are you trying to export the contacts from MKT and importing them via workbench in C4C? Which iflow you are using?

Hello manideepsatya,

I had a problem with contact replication from SAP C4C to SAP marketing cloud, I imported the contacts to SAP C4C using data WB, and know they are automaticlly replicated to SAP Marketing cloud using the standad Iflow
