Connect SAP CAI fallback with Intercom.

Hello, good morning to all.

I have a problem connecting SAP CAI with Intercom. I have been searching information a lot of time but I didn’t get any success.

I created a chatbot with SAP CAI and I need to connect it with intercom in the case of chatbot don’t know how to answer a question or fallback. This bot has a little “tutorial” to connect it with Intercom but It does not working for me.

Has anyone any information about this?

    Hi Chavi,

    I'm facing the same issue here.

    I’ve got a trial account at Intercom and followed the steps mentioned in the SAP CAI fallback channels to connect to Intercom. Noticed also that info regarding connectivity with Intercom is outdated, but anyway, there is some similarity so, doable.

    But, I was not able to see on the Intercom side any messages from the SAP webclient when the fallback is triggered. Testing the webhook on the Intercom side was ok.

    So I’m wondering if ‘Intercom’ is still a viable option for a fallback channel.

    Could you please help me with an answer?
