There was an error deserializing the object of type

Hello All,

Can someone share information what could be the possible reasons for below error in IBP?How do we prevent this from happening?

Additionally, Is there any SAP Note or Help page which has various different IBP Excel errors documented along with their common causes /steps to resolve/troubleshoot those issues? We get this error and other similar errors frequently.

The particular error was received after I clicked the 'Save' on the master data sheet in IBP Excel Template. Data appears to have saved though. I am using latest IBP2002 Excel Add-in.

We double checked but do not find any invalid characters anywhere.
