SAP Hybris C4C certification in India

Hello Experts,

I am trying to give C4C12 (Cloud for sales) exam from India via online mode i.e my self without any mandatory training from SAP or having learning hub access. While i am paying the exam fee system is asking for PO number or Preferred card number or Activation code, instead of asking Credit/Debit card numbers as i am registering for exam my self. PFA screen for reference.

Being in India is it possible to give exam online directly by myself?. Kindly please confirm.
