Unable to open BO inbox reports

Hi All,

User mentioned that , when they try to open the report from BO inbox , it is throwing an error as below.

Error: The document from BO inbox cannot be retrieved from the File Repository Server(WIS 30951).

Kindly let me know , Is it related to any access or services issue ?

Please provide some solution to avoid this issue.

Check if your Input and Output FRS are accessible. If the FRS is on NAS path, sometimes you would get this error if the NAS path is under Outage.
