Manual commitment for New Commitments Management S/4HANA 1909

Hello, colleagues

In new release 1909 I activated availability control for cost center

Due to new release we have to come up with workaround solution to make commitments for manual reservation because this functionality do not support this function

Does anyone face this constrains
