Error message when running special reports

Hello to start with, I am a desktop application programmer on the Visual Basic 2010 program and I use the Crystal Report design version 13.0.0.99 and everything works from within the VB.NET2010 program well and when packaging my program I attach the files for running the reports next to my program but when installing my program at The client shows me a problem when running reports even after installing CRYSTAL REPORT RUNTIME V13.0.
