How to create and distribute hybrid applications under Fiori Client and Launchpad?

I asked to develop a Fiori hybrid application (run for android) that uses the device sensors (like camera, barcode, etc). I created a Cordova application using the CLI command line and added successfully my SAPUI5 code, generate APK and ran it on the device.

No SAP cloud platforms or SMP infrastructure is available.

Is there any option to create and distribute hybrid applications under Fiori Client and Launchpad (Not as standalone APK)? If it is possible, I will appreciate getting a cookbook.
