Partner ID is not populating in Approval Block in RFC ChaRM Solution Manager 7.2

Hello Experts,

After creating RFC(request for change) and giving partner ID in details for Change Manager,the same partner ID is not automatically reflecting in Approval block.

Attached snapshot of same. Can someone help please.

    Hi,

    check your partner profile configuration for the determination rule.
    You can simulate the rule to see what's being determined.

    Also check the Access sequences.

    Hi,

    I fixed this issue by making change in rule policies under service operations in SM_CRM transaction.
