SBOP BI PLATFORM 4.1 WITH SERVICE PACK 7 SERVER LINUX (64B)

I have installed RDS in this environment.

In RDS comes some universes and connections. These connections are not working as detailed below.

I did all the procedure contained in the site: Https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/BOBJ/SAP+BW+With+RFC+JCO+Connections+In+Information+Design+Too...

But, in IDT, when I test the connection, it gives the error message as below. The user has all requested permissions.

Here the configuration made in DFAT:

Here is a test done at SM59. In the test, it displays the error

DETAIL: TP DF_JCO_BOPRD_1 not registered

How is the registration of this program made?

I did the test as informed but the error persists.

I created a new RFC as pictured below. I created from the RSDRI_DF_CONFIGURE program run by SE37.

I tested for SM59 and not work.

How the register program id mapping is done?

steps followed by you are correct for register program id mapping.

have you tried to test the connection after removing programid mapping from Data federator->Conneciton->Cofigration.

Hi Amit Kumar,

No. My connection test not sucessful.

My first action is goto the SE37 and execute RSDRI_DF_CONFIGURE program.

It creates the RFC DF_JCO_XXXX_X and, when I do the RFC test, it gives the same error message as the image already put here.

I am correcting the host of the servers and will do new tests. There is no door lock between the servers.

Before testing with registered program id it should work without updating the registered program id mapping.

check without updating the program id mapping first and see if it will work.

is your connection test successful without entering the program id mapping in the configuration connection?

first check if without registered program id mapping connection is working or not. if not then check if you BW server host entries are updated in the BO server? also check if BW ports are opened from BW to BO server.

If connection is working then goto the SE37 and register the program id.After that update the program id mapping.click on the test connection and then check in the sm59.
