During Master Data Transferring from ERP to EWM an Eror "Inbound Queue Blocked"

Hi,
When i try transferring Master Data from ERP to EWM, during activation process i got an error refer to "Inbound Queue Blocked"
I don't know how i can solve this problem. I tried some solutions which mentioned in community more than 10 years ago but It does not work.
