Is there any option to attach any document in BP?

Yes, there is.

1. Select this option from the menu:

2. Choose Create Document:

3. Double-click on the document type that corresponds to the kind of attachment that you wish to add:

4. Select the file that you want to attach by browsing:

From the next popup you can change the description of the attachment.

5. Navigate back by pressing F3 or the Back button.

6. Save.

The result is that the attachment will be accessible via the menu from step 1.

Can you tell me, what is the difference between attachment through DMS and your path as mentioned above? Where attachment get stored in database? Which is the better way of attachment your way or through DMS?
