MDG UI Refresh Issue - Adaptation not working

HI Experts,

Hope you are doing good.

We have added new UIBB of SME's in 1st approver level using CBA , assigned few business user as requester as well as 1st Approver role.

When requester submitted CR, after refresh those user can able to see the Approve/Reject button as 1st approver but new SME UIBB not visible to them.

Similarly if they open up the change request from workflow inbox, then only able to see the new SME UIBB.

Please suggest is it related to buffer issue or can be handle other way.
