verifying mobile number

I have a problem with verifying mobile number to finish registration in "SAP Cloud Platform trial account".

After no recieved messages to verify, i tried to get new code. But after 5 times i was blocked and get message like: you have a limit with 5 attemps and can not try more. please contact to administrator.

Before i wrote to https://go.support.sap.com/ and customer advise me to write here. (For solving your problem you can read SAP Cloud community https://community.sap.com/topics/cloud-platform).

i also attached two screenshots. i think it will be clear
