Hello,
we are dealing with a possibility to reply to an email created in C4C with a standard solution and we couldn't find it.
When we open an email, there is no possibility to create Follow-Up Item of E-mail. I suppose it would work as a reply. It is really strange that this basic functionality is not implemented in C4C or is it possible to turn it on?
I know it is possible to reply to an email in C4C Service but we would need to use this in Sales.
So far there is no way of replying to the mail as you can see below.
