API Management - No data in analytics view

Dears,

I have configured the GWSAMPLE_BASIC Service in the API Management of my trial account.

Everthing works fine and I can call the API from my FIORI App.

However there is no data in the Analytics View of the API Management and the number of API calls is not shown in the Develop view. Have I missed something? Is there something to be set up for the analytics? In the tutorial there was nothing mentioned.

Any help appreciated.

Jürgen

Just a follow up here - the issue has been identified and resolved. Accounts are being migrated from the old format to the new one. Please let us know if this is still an issue for you.

Hi,

We are still having issues in our Sandbox, Development and QA API Portals. The Analytics view shows "No data". Also there are issues viewing Key Value Maps, and creating API Proxies.

This is the error we see for trying to create KVM or API Proxy.

"Runtime Destination's configured user is not authorized; check credentials or contact SAP Cloud Administrator."

Thanks,

Aarathi

Hi Aarathi,

The issue referred to above was for Trial Accounts, if you are running a sandbox/dev/QA scenario I imagine this would be as a productive customer? If so, and you are having trouble with Design Time configurations please open an SAP Support Ticket using the component OPU-API-OD-DT and attach a description and screenshots of the issues you are having to have the support colleagues take a look and see if there is a configuration issue.

Thanks,
Elijah

Hi Jurgen,

Apologies for the delay in reply - team has been in 2020 planning cycle. Currently on the Trial system there is a bug in the Analytics view where the APIs are timing out. This is not effecting production customers, but as you may know we have > 30,000 active trials on the (single) Trial landscape.

I currently am working with Operations to look into this, in the meantime you can view your analytics if you select the 6 months window, which seems to work currently.

Regards,
Elijah
