Error (during availability check for orderxxx) while releasing a production order

Hello Experts,

While releasing an order getting availability check error . In MRP3 view availability check is maintained as KP (NO check)

user also informed me it's common to register all material with availability check "KP" even though finished goods .

So could you please help me where we are lacking behind . Please find the screenshot for reference
