Debit Memo Request missing Customer Service Order

We found a rogue DMR but I can't find the Customer Service Order that's linked to it.

When I do the Document Flow on the DMR, nothing shows up for a CSO above it.

Is there any other way that I see the origin or the source of this DMR?
