How to size HANA DB staging layer while using SAP Data services

We are working in a big Brownfield implementation to migrate from IFS and SAP to S4. My question is how to size the HANA DB staging layer when we bring all data from both IFS (current size 400GB) and SAP (Current size 350GB)?

note that HANA DB is also used to create repositories for SAP DS
