Open Company Codes for marking in CK24

When opening company codes for marking in transaction CK24, the Legal and Group valuations do not open immediately. We have to attempt multiple times to open the Legal and Group Valuations before we receive a green light in the Executed column. Can anyone explain why it takes multiple attempts to open company codes for marking in a new period?
