Error while Connecting to SCP ABAP Env via Eclipse

Hi

I have a personal trial account which I can access without issue using Eclipse version 2018-12 and also version 2019-12. However, when I try to access an environmnet setup at my employer, I get the following error. I have compared my personal trial account with this account but can see no difference. Any ideas?
