Difference in UI after configure into launchpad

When I Configure the Custom webdynpro application into the launchpad then the UI is totally change for search action.

Not telling about the theme

Can any one help me on this

In MDG Finance master data governance my team created one webdynpro app (refer the capture2.png image) similar to manage company governance app (refer the capture1.png image) and that custom webdynpro app I configured into the launchpad but after configuration when I launch the application from launchpad (refer the capture.png image) is not similar in UI as developed the custom one. please refer the screenshot.

Please help if any one having the solution.
