C4C Page Layout Change History

Hi All,

Is there any report which contains all the changes made to a page layout in detail that can be downloaded?
"Administrator->General Settings->Layout Change History" has technical details and no option to export.

Moreover, I'm looking something similar to Change History of Business Objects that contains Page Layout Name, Type, Business Role to which the layout has been assigned to, whether fields are set to visible, read-only, so on and who changed it.
