FM or BAPI to read a list of WBS elements (rfc-enabled)

Dear experts,

I am looking for a function module or BAPI in the area of PS module which
- is rfc-enabled
- can read a list of all WBS elements or project definitions in another SAP-system
- can restrict the results e.g. by company code (BUKR) or plant code so that not the whole table is read. I.e. I'd need an import parameter like e.g. company code, plant code, etc. ...

We're on ECC6.0 eph8. So far I found only BAPIs / FM's which would read all records without a possibility for restriction. Please advise.
