Error while exporting to Excel

Hello experts.

I am trying to export some data from a table to excel, this is in the OWL of a custom WorkCenter.
When I try to export the following error occurs:

“THE TEMPLATE YOU REQUESTED DOES NOT EXIST. REPORT AND INCIDENT”

Is there something causing the error?
