C4C - extraction of emails including attachments and body text

Hello everyone,

we need to overtake Opportunities and attached emails including email-attachments from C4C into an external application.

For opportunities I understood to use Data Workbench or to design a report.

But, for emails, I didn't found an option to extract emails including body text and attachments to a local directory.

Are there any options, which I don't know. Please note: we dont want to use HCI or a complex interface.
