Hi Johan,

I do not know if SAP will offer extended support for 15.7. I've been instructed to tell customers to discuss it with their Account Manager at SAP, who will interface with ASE product management. The amount of interest in such support may help determine whether it will be offered. Historically, every extended maintenance contract was an individually negotiated contract. I have no idea what the costs were, but they did vary on the length of the exception, size of the installation, number of servers, etc. So please start a conversation with the Account Manager for your company. If you don't know who that is, open a support incident and the support engineer should be able to figure it out.

Cheers,

Hello Diego,

If the customer does not want to upgrade and is willing to pay for extra support. On the SAP website these possibilities are mentioned. Is this possible? At what costs (approx.)?

Regards,

Johan Bakker
