Need help with SAP CAIO chatbot

Hi I need help with a sap cai chatbot which I am creating.

First as a Chatbot user will ask : I want to create a Dispute Case "

Then Chatbot will respond can you please give me your Invoice Number then it will ask for ZipCode.

I am able to read Invoice but after user gives Invoice Number

After taking these 2 Inputs Chatbot need to create records in a Custom Table. odata SERVICE is created but but ODATA service write a record by taking inputs from SAP CAI I am not sure !!! do we need a NODE.js wrapper to write into the custom table in S4 HANA Appreciate a help??
