Dynamic storage bin issue while creating Transfer Order

Hi,

I am facing an issue while creating transfer order using fn module l_to_create_single. To this function module i am passing destination bin as delivery number but it's not creating transfer order. The error is telling like for the storage type storage bin does not exist in lagp table but when i created transfer order manually from delivery it's taking destination bin as delivery number. May i know the reason.
