Unable to unblock inventory active bin

Hi Experts,

An inventory document has cleared in which 3 bins were not counted ( status as "NOT STARTED" ).Now those bins shows inventory active flag.I have tried LI02N , LX22 codes to deactivate/delete the PI document. Its not working.

Please advise

Where exactly are you acting in LI02N?

In the menu Inventory document or in the EDIT menu?

In inventory document you can only delete the entire document, which is not possible if you already counted

Unfortunately, I have no option to create a document with several bins, my system is setup to create an individual document per bin. So I have currently no option to test what I suggest here: can you try deactivating the document and subsequently delete the item via the EDIT menu

Hi Jurgen,

I have created PI document for 32 bins. Then I enter the count for 29 bins and 3 bins was not entered.

After the document has cleared using li20. But those 3 bins are still showing inventory active flag.

I have tried LI02N transaction to delete the document , then i got the message as

"Inventory number xxx cannot be changed (new selection required)".

How can i unblock that storage bins?

What does "Its not working" exactly mean? Is there an error message, a dump, a gray menu?

What does "has cleared" exactly mean, usually I clear documents after the count was entered, but you are saying the status is "not started"
