SAP PM WORK CENTER CAPACITY

Dear all,

From plant maintenance point of view how to define work center capacities and how it will impact when we assign SYS. condition's. as 'o'. will this stop to release process order/ production order in PP, can you give steps to so i can prepare a demo for this like PM-PP integration.

Hi,

You can follow the below steps.

1. Maintain production Work Center in Equipment -> Location Tab -> Work Center.

2. While creating breakdown maintenance order select system condition should be "0" not in operation. After selecting work Center capacity consumed against the Maintenance order.

3. Activate the 'Capacity check' in the production planning order dependent parameters, you have to create a capacity requirement planning profile and assign it to the production order type.

4. Run capacity planning in CM25 you can see the work order with consumed capacity information.
