Blocked from accessing a trial of SAP Business ByDesign


I've been trying to install a trial version for training as I'm starting a new role soon which will involve working with SAP Business ByDesign. When I tried to activate my account for the trial I get a message saying "Sorry, your request for information is being reviewed. Once approved, you'll receive an email with additional instructions". Rhea from the 'chat' feature was unable to offer any assistance other than telling me to raise a ticket here.

If anyone could please help me sort this quickly as I'd like to spend as much time training as possible.
