Getting 500 Internal Error while accessing User Admin tab from Firefox browser on mobile

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to access Portal Administration tabs from the Firefox browser on mobile. For the same we are trying to access Portal Admin tabs from mobile and we are getting 500 Internal Error.

But the same Portal Admin tabs are working fine while accessing from Desktop. Do I need to do any configurations to access the portal on mobile browsers?

Hi Prasad,

What release of the Portal and of NetWeaver Java are you running? And when you say "Portal Administration tabs," can you be more precise? Do you mean NetWeaver Administrator? Or do you mean the System Administration and/or Content Administration tabs within the Portal application itself?

Note that the Portal will detect when you are using a mobile browser and attempt to redirect you to mobile versions of the pages, so if those pages are not active, that might be the issue.

Our portal version is 7.4 12 0 and we are trying to access User Administration Tab from Firefox browser in mobile.

Also as you mentioned mobile browser should redirect to mobile version pages, please let me know where can we check these pages are activated ?
