Hide out locked WBS in Search Help F4

The requirement is that instead of Archiving locked/non-used WBS we can filter out these WBS in the search help (F4) so that users cannot even find them when using the search help.

How can this be done?

Hi,

You can consider to add custom search help by changing the standard search help; for example additional tab(s) in standard search help. You find a lot of tutorials how to do this by searching for 'SAP custom search help'.

No, I was wrong. DLFL objects can be filtered out in PS module, not showing in standard reports or in the Project Builder.

But when you do the search in FI or CO it shows up anyway.

What you can try is a user status that is restricted by authorisations.

The above system behavior should be standard for the DLFL status.

Locked statuses are not designed for this purpose.

Thanks for the feedback.

You are saying that if the WBS if flagged for deletion it will not show up when a user is using search help (F4)?
