BAPI/FM to update table ILOA

Hello Experts,

I got one requirement to update Data Origin of Equipment/Functional Location via background job.

I got table ILOA which contains Data Origin for them but not able to find any FM/BAPI to update ILOA. Could anyone help here. Thanks.
