Custom Bot Not appeaing in Main Menu options after starting

Hello,

We have created some custom bots and deployed them on our trial CF Tenant account and configured them as attended bots.

When we start the bot from Desktop Agent, ideally it should appear in Main Menu so that we can click on that and it will start running however, after clicking on Start , the bot is not appearing in Main Menu options. Hence we are not able to run that bot. Is there any configuration required while deploying/building custom bots ? When we do the same thing with Standard bots, they do appear in Main Menu options however custom bots are not appearing there.

Please help us here.

    Hi Mahesh,

    you have to define the Menu structure for the Agent. Please go in the script editor to sap logon.js as shown in the picture below:

    Comment the if clause so the code will not executed anymore. Export your package again and deploy it in the factory. It should work now. Here you can also define your own structure.
