SAP Analytics Cloud creates duplicated user

Hello!

I have an issue when a new user is created in SAP Analytics Cloud. For some reason, when this user logs in for the first time, it creates a duplicated user, simply by adding the suffix _1.

For example:

BWTEST generates dulpicated BWTEST_1

• This is the message that I get the first time I log in with BWTEST:

• As you can see, this is the moment when BWTEST_1 gets created automatically.

• Then, in the Security tab the user and the duplicated are shown.

Both users are useless since I add the correct permissions to see stories or models (for both of them) but it doesn't work. The storie/model just doesn't appear for those users.
