BSI Tax Locator Version 3

We've installed BSI Tax Factory 11.a along with Tax Locator Version 3.

We're having issues with Tax Locator V3 displaying tax types and tax authorities in the display box when creating info types 207 and 208. The display box was showing up empty until we installed notes 2847047 and 2852878. Now the display box is showing the address in the top left corner of the display box however there's no tax authorities being presented at the bottom of the display box.

We've loaded all notes listed in main note 2760305. Is there something we're missing or are there other note(s) that will fix this issue?
